Recycled cardboard wreaths Friday 28 November
Join us for a session of creating a recycled cardboard wreath using a variety of craft materials along with small bits of Christmas tree and rosemary too! A lovely sensory exploration and creation for your little ones! 28/11
Festive cards ( & paper chains) Friday 05 December
Join us for a session making and creating festive cards using a variety of artistic techniques such as collage, printing, drawing and painting with watercolours. 5/12
Decorating Baubles with fabric ( decoupage style) 12 December
Join us for a session decorating Baubles with fabric and craft glue to create a decoupage style bauble. Each child will be able to create 2 baubles each. 12/12
Create your own wrapping paper with printing and stamping 19 December
Join us for a session where we print and create our own wrapping paper. We will use techniques such as the classic potato printing, printing with stamps and shapes and also using those creative skills for drawing. 19/12
ABOUT THE MONTESSORI PLAY SPACE
At The Montessori Play Space we aim to provide a play space where children can learn and explore at their own pace and in their own individual way. We support this by providing a thoughtfully prepared Montessori environment which meets the different children’s individual needs and interests.

Our environment is underpinned by Montessori philosophy so we provide children with opportunity for making choices, completing tasks independently ( with support), provide opportunity for children to engage in repetition, exploration, problem solving and for feeling that the space is for them.

Each class is child led and prepared by a qualified and experienced Montessori teacher and I am always happy to discuss Montessori with you or to suggest activities for you to try at home with your child to meet their individual development and learning needs.
Montessori education views each child as a unique individual and as such during our classes we value each child's individuality and respect each child's autonomy and support their independence.
Our Values at the Montessori Play Space are Respect for each child and family, a thoughtfully prepared montessori play space and providing a safe community space for families and the children.

Montessori Pop Up Classes
Our Montessori pop up classes are an opportunity to play and explore in a calm and fun environment which has been thoughtfully prepared by a qualified montessori educator. Come as a family or a parent with your child or even come with friends and make a play date out of it.

Our values are connection, collaboration and community and I look forward to welcoming you to our calm & engaging play space filled with educational and fun montessori informed activities - All classes are prepared by myself, a qualified and experienced montessori educator.

This class supports the child's growing Independence, social skills and fine motor skills refinement all supported and informed by Montessori Philosophy.
